  • Led in communicating marketing strategies for events and environments that support the company’s philosophy and beliefs. Values messaging through visual presentation for product launches events, trade and Public Relation events, showrooms and brand headquarters.

  • Oversaw Events, Visual, Fixture Development and Store Planning Teams for North American and Global visual projects.

  • Led in the design and execution of 18-26 annual sell in and through events in the U.S. within budget parameters: media and brand events, sales meetings, tradeshows, account and board meetings.

  • Led in design and execution of North America retail window and in-store campaigns, merchandise floor sets, seasonal point of purchase and graphics programs. 

  • Led visual benchmarking project providing a barometer to measure retail windows, instore presentations and ecommerce to insure relevant and ownable creative for the brand.

  • Delivered visual standards guidelines for relaunch of 2 new store concepts and fixture concepts.

  • Oversee development for shop roll out and custom shops with independents, department stores and athletic channels.

  • Led the visual direction for new “Brand Experience” project based upon consumer insight research. Visual presentations were designed and executed for European VF headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland and “10 Brand Truths” for relaunch of the brand shown in 6 of the major global offices and showrooms.

  • Established and communicated global visual standards platform for all store environments to raise level of brand presentation and increase sales. Training tools included standards guides, “cheat sheets”, monthly newsletters in conjunction with seasonal training workshops.

  • Managed design and execution of visual components for events within diverse product categories and businesses including apparel, footwear, licensed accessories and PRO work lines.

  • Created strategy and managed design and development of global seasonal in-store visual and merchandising treatments based upon marketing strategies.

  • Partnered with Store Planning Team to open 35-180 U.S. Concept Shop in Shop stores annually.

  • Executed tradeshow events, showroom refreshes, off-site Sales Meetings and internal company events.
